Inleiding

Iedere RVO-gerelateerde website of online middel moet dezelfde set aan servicepagina's hebben met dezelfde tekst. De servicepagina's zijn op de website via de footer te bereiken. Zo zorgen we voor duidelijk afzenderschap. Hoe de footer eruit moet zien, vind je op de pagina Footer.

De volgende servicepagina's zijn in onderstaande volgorde beschikbaar:

Instructies

Per servicepagina zijn er korte instructies om de tekst op de website te plaatsen. Volg daarnaast de volgende algemene instructies:

• Volg de toegankelijkheidsrichtlijnen.
• Begin elke pagina met een H1-kop (bijvoorbeeld Archief) en gebruik H2-subkoppen.
• De eerste alinea is de introtekst. Zorg ervoor dat deze de opmaak krijgt van een introductieparagraaf. Maak de tekst niet op via 'bold' of 'strong', maar gebruik de alineastijl voor introductie-paragrafen.

Instructies

• Kopieer en plak onderstaande tekst op de servicepagina. Voor Nederlandse websites is de URL domein.nl/toegankelijkheid. Voor Engelse websites geldt domein.nl/accessibility.
• Plaats in de footer een link naar deze pagina met als linktekst 'Toegankelijkheid' of 'Accessibility'.
• Het toegankelijkheidslabel is een afbeelding die via een embedded code op de pagina geplaatst wordt. De embedded code is aan te vragen via webportfoliomanagement@rvo.nl. Er bestaat geen Engelstalige variant van het toegankelijkheidslabel. Daarom plaatsen we die niet op Engelse websites.
• Op de pagina Accessibility is de tekst 'Read our accessibility declaration (in Dutch).' de link naar de toegankelijkheidsverklaring.
• Het is niet nodig om het pdf-bestand van het toegankelijkheidsonderzoek als download aan te bieden. Het rapport is in te zien via de verklaring in het register.
• Valt de website niet onder RVO? Pas dan het e-mailadres toegankelijkheid@rvo.nl aan naar het emailadres van de verantwoordelijke.

Toegankelijkheid

Wij vinden het belangrijk dat online informatie begrijpelijk en toegankelijk is voor iedereen. Daarom besteden wij veel aandacht aan de gebruiksvriendelijkheid, toegankelijkheid en vindbaarheid van onze online diensten en informatie.

Digitale toegankelijkheid

Digitale toegankelijkheid betekent dat digitale informatie en diensten even toegankelijk en bruikbaar zijn voor mensen met een functiebeperking als voor mensen zonder functiebeperking. Een op de vijf mensen in Nederland heeft een beperking. Het Besluit digitale toegankelijkheid overheid bepaalt dat overheidssites moeten voldoen aan toegankelijkheidseisen en daarover verantwoordelijkheid moeten afleggen in een toegankelijkheidsverklaring. Onze aanpak

Wij zorgen voor een goede toegankelijkheid door diverse maatregelen binnen de (dagelijkse) processen:

• Toegankelijkheid is onderdeel van alle stappen in ons ontwerp-, bouw- en redactionele proces van de websites en apps.
• Onafhankelijke deskundigen testen (onderdelen van) de websites en apps regelmatig op toegankelijkheid. Zij onderzoeken functioneel-technische en redactionele onderdelen. Gevonden problemen lossen wij op.
• Onze medewerkers houden hun kennis over toegankelijkheid op peil en passen die toe waar nodig.

Digital accessibility

Digital accessibility means that digital information and services are as accessible and easy to use for people with disabilities as for those without disabilities. One in five people in the Netherlands has a disability. The Digital Accessibility Act (Besluit digitale toegankelijkheid overheid) stipulates that government sites must meet accessibility requirements and account for them in an accessibility statement. Privacybeleid

Rechten

U heeft verschillende rechten onder de AVG. U heeft bijvoorbeeld recht op inzage of rectificatie. Wilt u weten welke gegevens wij van u verwerken of wilt u dat wij een aanpassing doen in uw geregistreerde persoonsgegevens? Dan kunt u een AVG-verzoek indienen.

Verwerkingenregister

Alle verwerkingen van persoonsgegevens vindt u in het verwerkingenregister van het ministerie van EZK. Dit register bevat per verwerking:

• een korte beschrijving van de soorten gegevens die wij verwerken;
• waarvoor wij die gegevens verzamelen;
• wat wij met deze gegevens doen;
• wie er verantwoordelijk is voor de verwerking.

Zo kunt u controleren of wij uw gegevens gebruiken volgens de regels van de AVG.

What is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR or AVG in Dutch)?

You have various rights under the GDPR. For example, you have the right to inspection or rectification. If you would like to know what data we process about you or would like us to make an adjustment to your registered personal data, you can submit a GDPR request.

Data processing register

All processing of personal data can be found in the data processing register (verwerkingsregister in Dutch) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. This register contains per topic:

• A brief description of the types of data we process;
• Why do we collect this data;
• What we do with these data;
• Who is responsible for the processing.

This allows you to check whether we use your data in accordance with the GDPR rules.
